The project commenced in February with an intensive research and planning phase. AiBell collaborated closely with PAZ Global Real Estate to understand their specific needs and objectives for implementing an Inbound AI Agent. This involved analyzing existing workflows, identifying pain points, and definingkey performance indicators to measure success.

First Tests:
Following the planning phase, we began developing the Inbound AI Agent tailored to PAZ Global Real Estate's requirements.
This involved building and training the AI model to accurately interpret and respondto inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide relevant property information. Initial testing phases focused on ensuring the AI Agent's functionality, accuracy, anduser-friendliness.
Feedback from PAZ Global and clients/investors was instrumental in refining the AI Agent's capabilities and optimizing its performance.
First Results:
By April, our AiBell Inbound AI Agent was successfully implemented and integrated into PAZ Global’s inbound phone operations.
Early results indicated significant improvements in efficiency, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
The AI Agent streamlined the appointment scheduling process, reduced administrative workload, and provided timely and personalized assistance to clients.
PAZ Global quickly saw an uptrend in lead generation and conversion rates, signaling the positive impact of the AI Agent on their business operations.

Although our AiBell AI Agent was in Beta Phase for PAZ Global throughout March and April, it already exceeded our expectations.

Our investigation revealed that human operators at PAZ Global were only operating at 50% effectiveness, largely due to distractions such as social media. Recognizing the AiBell AI-Agent's potential to surpass this threshold byeliminating distractions, we understood that while it may initially lag behind experienced human operators, its rapid learning curve and infinite scalability presented a promising trajectory.
During the initial months of March and April (Months 1 and 2), the AiBell AI-Agent demonstrated a modest effectiveness of around 15%. This period was primarily dedicated to gathering information, developing, and testing the AI, making itunable to compete with the expertise of human operators.
However, in Month three (May), we observed a notable surge in the effectiveness of the AiBell AI-Agent. As rigorous testing and script adaptation were conducted, its efficiency more than doubled to 35%, nearing the performance of human operators. With increased testing hours from 2 to 4 daily, the effectiveness of the AiBellAI-Agent skyrocketed to 65% in the fourth month. This marked a pivotal momentfor its integration into PAZ Global's operations.
Looking ahead, we anticipate further enhancements in effectiveness, aiming for 70% bythe end of Q2 and up to 90% in Q3 & Q4. This trajectory underscores the significant potential of the AiBell AI-Agent torevolutionize operations and drive efficiency at PAZ Global Real Estate.
The provided chart depicts the business growth trajectory of PAZ Global since the integration of the AiBell AI-Agent into their operations. During the initial two months of implementation, PAZ Global experienced marginalgrowth, reflecting no significant deviation from previous performance levels.
However, in the third month, PAZ Global witnessed a remarkable surge in growth, with anotable 10% increase in overall business expansion. This translated to a 15%uptick in revenue, attributed to a surge in closed deals and favorable realestate market conditions.
By the fourth month (April), as the AiBell AI-Agent was further integrated into PAZGlobal's operations, the business saw exponential growth, recording astaggering 40% overall expansion and a 45% increase in revenue. This exceeded expectations, resulting in PAZ Global having to decline offers and investorsdue to their new found efficiency and effectiveness surpassing that of human counterparts. With the potential for growth reaching up to 250% this year,PAZ Global is poised for substantial expansion.
